We do not hire guards and hope. We build them. The Rajdeep Training Academy puts every recruit through a 21-day residential induction before deployment and recalls them quarterly for refreshers.
The syllabus covers drill and bearing, access control procedure, fire fighting, first aid and CPR, unarmed combat, radio and telephone procedure, report writing, customer-facing etiquette and emergency response. Client staff can be enrolled for fire-warden, first-aid and workplace-safety modules.
