Certain posts simply require female personnel. Rajdeep maintains a dedicated bench of trained lady security guards for frisking points, women's hostels, hospitals, schools, retail floors and event gates.
Our female staff receive the same PSARA-compliant training as their male counterparts, plus specific modules on dignified frisking procedure, POSH awareness, child-safety protocol and handling harassment complaints on site.
Deployment notes
We arrange safe transport for night shifts, provide female supervisors for teams above six, and maintain separate rest and changing facilities as a deployment precondition.
