What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this website:
- Enquiry form — name, email, phone, company, the service you selected and your message.
- Review form — name, email, company, designation, city, rating and your review.
- Careers form — name, mobile, email, role applied for, age, height, city and experience.
- Newsletter — your email address only.
We also store the IP address a submission came from, purely to limit spam.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, assess your job application, publish a review you asked us to publish, or send the newsletter you subscribed to. Nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not share them with third-party marketers. The email address attached to a review is never displayed publicly — it is only used to confirm the review is genuine.
After submitting a form you are offered a pre-filled WhatsApp message addressed to our number. Sending it is entirely your choice. If you send it, WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that message in addition to this one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are retained while they are commercially useful and deleted when they are not. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do so unless a law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
This site sets one session cookie so forms work correctly and to keep you signed in if you are an administrator. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
Your rights
